Black Lagoon is not finished and the hatius is ending in September 2019.
Volume 11 was released in June in France and after reading it (they finished Feng's arc) , it's not ending.

Is there a time skip, or was the raw just not explaining things?

Chapter 6 end has CO and Cpl making their way back to an aid station. Chapter 7 suddenly has them in a scout vehicle? What's going on.
