The novel is bad. The first arc is okay. Then it's the same arc over and over and over and over again. I'm at ch. 1412 of the novel and I just can't bear to continue the same arc for 6-7 times.
MC is also ridiculously stupid. He keeps acting like a sheep among wolves. Then when all the wolves go after him, he reveals himself to be a lion and deliver a speech about how everyone looks down on him.
Of course everyone would look down on him, he acts like he's the weakest one of them all every god damn time.

Very slow story progression, most start with decent speed and slow down after 10-20 chapters once your hooked. This is slow straight out of the gate.

But the art was diff.

Everything was almost the same.

Grade 1 sword spirit being sacrificed etc. But the MC of the other one seems more confident when he first got the grade 1 sword spirit.

I am just not sure if it was me imagining things or if there really is a diff manhua
