Okay, I just binge re-read the whole thing and this is almost certainly not chapter 150. "Haruna" is a completely new character and she references Kuniki running naked in a riverbed which doesn't happen in chapters 1-149. Furthermore, there is a noticeable change in artstyle between chapters 149 and this one.

Assuming chapter 149 is the final chapter of eight volume, and assuming I'm not a Scanlator/Snoweydude(is this the same person? I dunno) started with latest volume available to him which should be volume 11(which also seems to have "Haruna" on the cover), and asumming the average amount of chapters per volume of about 18, it would make an ass out of u and me to say this is around chapter 186.

Judging by my limited moonrune knowledge, the first page does indeed says Chapter 150 BUT somehow seems to mention Volume 11.
From quickly brushing previous chapters they seem to be from the tankoubon but the latest "150" seems to be from magazine.

So I think they have different chapter numberings, its not unheard of.


*That being said, I do think some chapters are "skipped".
