yeyeyeyeigetcha but then again if u think too hard, it's like since he got that beautiful seiyuuuu voice, and he is the owner of a customer service-based establishment, it should come as no surprise when new customers come in, unfamiliar and cause shit to happen when they drank shit coffee. Boss should have at least made a sign(maybe not if it's a sensitive issue to him), or have written a simple apology message on good ol paper to appease the customer. Becz srsly, if u are not feeling the best, and you go inside a store and drank disgusting shit coffee while the owner or employee doesn't even apologize or rectify the issue to you for having made a terrible concoction. 10/10 most ppl would not be happy. LIke, this isn't a cute fair market stall selling snacks and drinks, this be a legit restaurant. yo. Poor move by the author imo to add this part.
