IIRC both of them have feelings toward each other and at least the FMC are aware of MC's feeling, they just never actually confess.
There's no love rivals, unless you count that Penis showing guy from 2nd ku.
This series is more comedic than romance anyway, so don't expect too much of an overarching plot (if any).
