Dunno what mangahasu is but this Is pretty fucked. Doesn't subpoenaed mean that anyone who visited the site will have to go to court?? Unless I'm remembering the definition wrong

@TwilightOwl No, that's not what it means. Under no circumstance of anything whatsoever will there be a scenario where anyone who visits the site will have to go to court. Subpoena is a legal request of information by the gov agency (court, etc). And depending on the type of request, they will either have to testify in court or supply documents or other type of materials that will serve as evidence. Only the one who was served the subpoena has to do this. Assuming that text itself isn't BS, it would mean they were forced to supply the agency of their logs with IPs of their visitors.

khm. An announcement of this importance would be an announcement, that every reader can see on every page, and not in a test picture.
I don't know, if this is a thing for Mangahasu (which I googled, and seems to be working, and couldn't find this announcement ). But it is definitely not a thing for Mangadex, that is never even mentioned on the "test page".
