There is no way Hatsumi isn't going up against Fang. You can't miss a confrontation between Nogi and Katahara, literally the driving force behind the whole series.
Besides, Bando's tricks are fully revealed now, whereas Hatsumi's basically just getting started. If there is an upset, it will be at the expense of a solid chunk of potential story.
