Just thought I’d point out some PR things for you scanlators (since I love this series and would love to see it continued).
So you use There instead of The along with using Here instead of Her, and there is hardly any punctuation at all (ie COMMAS). So yeah, thanks for the chapter!

What's wrong with proposing? She's 21 years old, should almost be finished with school. It's the perfect time to propose to her, so that she can move in with him as soon as she's done with college.

Also it sure as heck seems like she's saying she wants to stay at his place for sex tonight.
