Do hospitals in korea let people go outside like that? Every hospital I've worked at in the US do everything they can to get people not to leave. If people do leave, the hospital will say the patient "left against medical advice" and avoid legal responsibility if something happens to the patient outside. Exception is this one VA where some vets will go outside but stay on campus, to smoke or buy weed and crack
