The nearby town Keima frequents suddenly calls him over once he gets a significant number of achievements. The noble in charge wants him to marry his daughter to spare her from a rude noble. Keima dodges, and although the girl seems to be smitten with him, he forces the role on Meat, despite both of them being women. He only intended for it to be temporary, until the other guy buggered off, since Meat is currently a very strong B-Rank adventurer, but the father misunderstood and took his daughter and Meat's engagement seriously, going as far as to acquire an illegal Potion of Futanari, to ensure his bloodline would continue.

I may have cut several details, forgotten or messed things up, but that's the gist of it, I think.
