@ninjadork @Trix If the MC was sexually attracted to him it would be, but he's not, so no.
@trix @gaigous The anti-pedophile comment was a reference to three things.
First, At least one main character definitely is attracted to Pram; Romantica, as demonstrated in chapter 12 with multiple panels and several sets of CAPS LOCKED SPEECH BUBBLES of her going full creepy fucko about how much she wants him. Unless you're going to try and claim there is absolutely no sexual connotation to that segment whatsoever, that's the opening of my issue.
Second, the artist is going all in to play up the shota angle in the second half of chapter 13; the zig-zag lines laid overtop of blushing cheeks, the overuse of stereotypical "manga-cute" facial expressions, and that utterly ridiculous up-the-ass shot when Pram bows to the MC near the end, immediately followed by a down-angle shot to emphasize how small and "fragile" Pram is.
Third, this is far from the only manwha / manga to do this shit, and I'm sick of it.
Making Pram small and wiry as part of the plotline for why he ends up using a rapier is fine, and that part is good so far. Adding on all the ridiculous shota-pedophile bullshit as a side-thing is intolerable, and the author has very little space left to convince me that's not going to be a major thing before I drop it.

I've been reading manga/manwa for 5-6ish years, and I have never seen a trap not connected (at least low key) to pedo situations.
I have seen a few shota that weren't, but never when the MC was older than them (or looked mature/older than middle school)
Also, the guy has a right to express his opinions on the series. Unless of course he comes back in 50 ch. to say that he's glad he dropped it...

@ksen "Shotacons" and "Lolicons" are people with an erotic attraction to gender-specific (shota is male, loli is female) characters with pre-pubescent human body characteristics. Or at least, that's certainly how they act in every manga/manwha I've ever read, and usually how they act IRL too.
If you can read that and "honestly" not see any relationship between the mindset I just describe and pedophilia, then I would very much like you to post whatever criteria you use to separate the two, because I can almost certainly use it as a showpiece for sophistry and earn an A in my upcoming philosophy class.
I leave the commenters here alone because shota/loli is sufficiently common in manga / manwha that there's a wide market for mocking it / pointing it out, and you usually can't tell the difference between who's mocking it and who's serious about it on the internet.
