For someone with 3 or 4 lifetimes worth of experience, she sure lacks the wisdom that would have come with it. I get it, rational characters are not as interesting. So you make them impulsive and make them act the fool. But that doesn't really fit the backstory... not even in the slightest.

Now we have more silliness where an indulgent guild master is falling into their pace and has practically adopted the two girls that walked off the street... not sure which is more unreasonable, the MC's life until this point, or the fact the Guildmaster is such a pushover.

Personal power opens many doors. Typically someone who has reached the rank of Guildmaster either has deep connections, retired at a high level, or both. From his character design I'm going to say he's a retired Mithril or Damascus rank adventurer with decent connections.
