From the outside looking in it is a done deal, take them both.
But that is just a fantasy. If you think about it, could you really love them both enough to make that work.
The only thing I can think of to make it work a bit easier would be if both of the girls were bisexual so it would not disturb them to much while having sex because the option of them all having sex at the same time when they want to.

Well they did say they wanted to become really good friends (wink wink). Still the proposed relationship is with (a) his gender swap, and (b) the ex-gf who's been through hell. Guess it's supposed to seem a bit tawdry, whether or not they all 3 end up in bed together.
