Another issue here is how fan service works: her boobs never were near as giant as that in all previous chapters, even the tightest bra would contain such tits like they were depicted since the start. (Edit: OK, it was "near" sometimes, but still definitely depicted smaller than page 15.) (Edit 2: Page 15 has strong resemblance with playmate Cynthia Myers, also petite brunette with missile tits.)
