How is the dark guild so strong? Why would they need to stay in the 'shadow'? They have a Black Gold guy that is as strong as a legend rank with artifacts, pretty much holding the whole city back by himself and then they have an actual legend rank guy. They could have taken over Glory City ages ago. The City lord wasn't even legend rank until a while ago.
