Hopping onto MangaDex, he opened his Follows tab and clicked on Isekai Harem Light Novel Adaptation With Super Long Title #8676729, Chapter 4.2.1.5 (part 3).
...but no matter which trash isekai chapter he clicked, all of them seemed to redirect him to a randomly picked version of Kaguya-sama Chapter 200.
