Just being a effeminate male that gets pleasure from wearings girls clothing, and acting like just another one of the girls doesn't make a trap/cross dresser gay. When it's just to indulge in a sense of freedom that comes from being able to be sickeningly cute, and outgoing without the sense they have to uphold a certain level of masculinity (that may beyond their reach) and social reservation that sometimes makes for a bit more cold and introverted society to some extent. (Especially nowadays with the guilty till proven innocent 'Me Too' movement genre painting all men as predators, or toxicly masculine and sexist.) There was a female pundit in N America that dressed up as a man (pro makeup and all) to get a sense of what the XY faction of the country have to deal with during social interactions in everyday life while in public settings and public gathering places. What she discovered was a real shock to her as she encountered the same suspicion and disdain from women that was normally directed toward men, and on the other hand she was accepted easily into groups of men.
I suppose to a extent a trap could be dressing in that manner to gain favor and acceptance from girls, and that may be acceptable just as long as it's not meant to be a way to infiltrate areas where the girls' right to privacy or safety is violated. Some of the hetero wierdos that identify as girls just to invade the girls locker room or shower deserve a kick in the jewels they claim not to have in my book.
As long as a trap isn't actively pursuing or encouraging sexual relations with a male partner, a trap can't be classified as gay.
🧐Does that help any?
