I will be honest, i had read only the prologue and the 2 first chapters before skiping to the last chapter when i begin which was 29 at the time so i kinda don't fully understand the relation between Shim and unnie. What i mean is yes she indeed help Shim but also Madam and i don't remember this 2 being in good relations.

Well i know , it was my bad on this one but i skip because at first i doesn't think i was gonna like this one, i had terrible memories of Korean yuri so i decide to see if it was the end. I doesn't know that i was gonna enjoy it and know i'm kida exhausted to the perspective of reading the gap i left.

... Go back and read it all... Don't be lazy you're 100% in the wrong with what you're saying. She has always had her best interest in mind so it makes sense as to why unni helped her there (What's wrong with you saying 'korean yuri'? they do get intimate in a few different chapters... go back and read it all.

Well i think i will do it then if it can help me. I was guessing i wil be fine with skipping that much but it seem not. Also it seem that the brother of Madam is quite irresponsible between take your sister to a brothel (?) and now getting smash during the festival.

Edit : Manage to read all skip chapters in one afternoon. I did quite understand why unnie help but didn't she always say that Chim will die if she stay with Madam ? Also maybe i should also re-read but did we ever see again the wife of the son ? Because i see her getting beaten up by the son but did we know what happen to her after ?

Also i'm wondering how the legend in the prologue gonna work here because Madam is not really in position to ask for Shim's adoption.
