In case if someone is interested, the main story fits into first 40 pages and is published here in full. Nothing is omitted. After that there are couple of mini-stories few pages each, featuring other sisters, as well as what main characters were doing while waiting after the main story ended. And few pages containing random panels with every single sister (tbh, I just can't imagine Yotsuba like that).
