Sharing an umbrella = 相合傘, and both of the leading kanji are pronounced as "ai", just like love(愛)

This one is really old so I didn't really pay attention but you can suggest an alternative way of putting it.
The meaning is the same though, Fuutarou wouldn't offer the umbrella to just anyone, and yotsuba wanted to know who else aside from her would he offer to.

I was talking about Yotsuba's question, though.
Although, i've reread the phrase and i think i get it now. Phrase was "wouldn't say it to just anyone", which, i thought at first, meant "wouldn't say it to anyone but you", but actually could be interpreted (as Yotsuba's question implies) as "would say it only to selected persons".
