I think its actually jumping into high speed traffic which caused the second death, him screaming probably stopped it.

Cars and even Truck-kun don't cause people to get that destroyed. My personal guess? The Ol' Sewerslide in front of a passing Shinkansen. Being struck by 200mph train tends to cause that kinda damage to the human body.

I still didn't read this chapter, but I'll give a shot on finding out the main plot: the goddess don't want all 6 girls dying because of some circumstances only they know (like our blondie on the first chapter, she committed suicide due to her lewd insta being leaked), so she's using MC to save all 6 girls, and one of them (coincidentally) is his love interest. That's her rotten way of dealing with the girls.

So I guess the end implies that by "switching cause and effect" he basically dies however the girl would've died? How would that work though, like Sayaka would try to hang herself and she'd just be dangling there, not dying?

I do like the way the pacing is going though, glad we haven't had to resort to the "protagonist is stuck in a loop for so long he's detached and performs the perfect answer from rout memory" method.
