Organs that you have 2 of to start. So -1 kidney and lung. You can also live a full life without reproductive organs so choose your pick for that. Finally, she said her immune system is messed up so add an immune system organ too.

Her immune system is likely messed up from the transplant, even with a perect match a receiver needs to take meds because the body will continue to flag the donated organsas foreign.
Now is MC was a bit smart he would understand that the chronic attack she had matched the suffucation death, but not the previous ones, even more if this girl wants to live, she wouldn't kill herself, hence MC should flag her out on the spot.
And note, he didn't die because in the previous chapter hsi childhood friend was around when he declared friendship with the novelist.
I'm guessing the friend gets big depression when she realizes MC doesn't see her as a possible partner and kill herself any way she can, jumping from a roof, strangulation, putting herself in a incinirator, using some random pills to suffcuate herself.
That is, if the shrine goddess didn't bind him with all 6 instead of just 1.

My guess for the "exploding" death is definitely from a childhood friend jumping off a building. Though I'm not sure how it got prevented with him screaming asking for a girlfriend. Then the belt strangulation was from the novelist getting killed by her uncle because she refused to sleep with him. The next time it didn't happen because MC smacked the uncle. And the suffocation is because Hirasaka got her "bronchial spasm" (page 28) while running away from him and didn't take the medicine. The next time it didn't happen because they met in a different place.

Assuming CHF jumped from the building, the shout asking for a girlfriend would be counter the SNS announcement the night before that he got into a relationship.
