The title is 6-sai as in 6 years old. He's 6. He will probably be 6 for the whole story because that's in the title. When page 11 calls him a teenager either the author or the translation group messed up. He may act mature but he's a kid and nowhere near grown enough to be confused for a teen.

Their meaning of teen couldn't possibly be different, since the term "teen" only makes sense in English. I mean, it's literally the ages of thirteen to nineteen. The translators probably meant something like "adolescent," but honestly, the translation quality is pretty poor in general, so this is a pretty minor mistake to be complaining about.

so she ended up telling her dad, so much for trusting the princess. why are there so many parts in this chapter where she says she'll keep MC's secret yet the author already showed us she's untrustworthy, why bother acting like she would keep his secret?
