Some of the jokes were hard to understand in this translation. So I provided some alternate interpretations to the translation. I understand this may come off as snobby or rude but here it is:

panel 3:
(Feels like the cheap apartment I rented when I moved to* Tokyo)
Panel 4:
(Maybe I haven't grown at all on the inside)
"...well it's good to remember our origins"
"why are you making such wistful expression
*the word 上京(joukyou) refers to young people from other prefectures moving to Tokyo for Jobs, Academics, or new opportunities.

(then to adjust for that growth, tomorrow's training will be 10 times as hard)
Page 7:
Panel 1:
(A report on the dispute between the Kobold villages)
"We must accurately convey the nuance of the conversation. Do you remember the details?"
"Yes! Down to every word"
Panel 2:
"Then the east chieftan and west chieftan, which role do you want to do?"
"Huh? eh? Well, then the west cheiftan"
Panel 3:
"Heh, the Tsukommi role eh?"
"Tsu?"
"You're pretty confident huh?"
Panel 4:
"Then I will do the Boke role. End your sentences with 'wan'!"
"O, Okay-wan!"
(Rimuru had a great laugh at it*)
*大ウケ(oouke) in this contest refers to the slang ウケる(uke). ウケる(uke) means that something was found to be funny to that person. In this context Rimuru found the dispute (which, in reality sounds more like a stand up comedy between the two Chieftan) really funny (oouke).
Page 8 panel 4:
Note that the guy actually says "I'll assemble the Pegasus knights" and not "I'll have the Pegasus knights deodorized"
(収集 is to gather or assemble)
Page 11 Panel 2:
Rimuru says that he doesn't have a good handle on his ability yet but a better translation would be that he can't fulfill Shizu's request (to confront Demon Lord Leon) because he lacks the ability to do so.
Edit: Thanks for the chapter though! I appreciate people working on this side story since it's such a great series
