While this will likely not stay up for long. I will say you have a certain style to your work that I like. I would say work on refining your style a lot more. I'm a reminded of a lot of the work of flash animators back in the early days of newgrounds. The art was often of poor quality, but they did well in dictating their sense of humor to the viewer, and some of them are still pursuing artistic endeavors to this day. I think if you clean your art up a lot more, you can make some pretty good shit.

This is nice. The flow in the action and very large panels makes me think of keyframes in an anime rather that a manga. I wouldn't worry too much about it though, several manga artists such as One Punch Man's Murata also use this technique.
