Damn, this looks super good, I really like how the skin is colored, the shadows look awesome.
But my favorite part is definitely how you colored Lily's hair and eyes, she looks even cuter now.

I try this before and i say this is great effort. But i will still stick to the black and white version.
Here is some advance for you. Just my personal view, no one force you to follow this.
Your tone is too dark. For everything, but the most important is her skin look more appealing when it just white. Consider make it shiner next time
Also the shading is good work. But too sharp and strong. Her skin lost thiccness and "boing" compere to monochrome. And last, the line of blushing if you can, make it red. I mean actual change the black line to red.
