@Fuko A queen's tail is slightly different.

If a regular bee lives for a month and a queen bee lives for 8 years that's around a 100 times longer lifespan. If the same applies to humans, then there could be queens older than recorded history walking around, even born in the stone age. Could the wasps be responsible for all of human civilization?

@Nari Well, this story's mind control is seemingly one of the most horrible forms of mind control in stories (permanent one) so anyone who can resist/break it is a good gun and a ray of hope in that terrible fetishistic world. I mean, even if she is not faking it, chances are she will turn out to be a horrible bitch in her own right but eh, we will see, the idea of rebellious wasps doesn't sound so bad.

Chances of it leading the story anywhere good/really entertaining aren't that high considering the author's track record (I think Killing Bites is this guy's best work and it's still dumb, though fun) but I will most likely read it a bit further if I see it again unless it becomes REALLY bad and unbearable (powerful bear wasps that dominate human wasps could really improve the story).

Also while that tail wasn't a Queen's tail it did look slightly different than an ordinary soldiers tail.
