@HYBRID_BEING just install an Android emulator on PC and Tachiyomi inside it. This program can download files to your PC.

Eh, that's a bit of an overkill for 4 pages. Also, i felt challenged, when i couldn't download images through browser resource tab (it showed broken images).

@HYBRID_BEING Shift+Right-click doesn't work in Chrome (70% desktop users worldwide), but it does in Firefox (9% desktop users).
In Chrome you can do this:
1) Open the developer tools
2) Go to "Elements" tab
3) Click "Select image" (Ctrl+Shift+C)
4) Click on the image
5) Right-click the src="blob:..." and select "Reveal in Sources panel" from the pop-up menu
6) Right-click the image inside the "Sources" panel and select "Copy image as data URI"
7) Open https://base64.guru/converter/decode/file in another tab and paste the text from the clipboard (Ctrl+V)
8) Remove

data:image/undefined;base64,

from the beginning
9) Click "Decode Base64 to File" button
10) Save the image as file
11) Repeat steps 3-10 for each image for each chapter
12) Give up, download Android emulator, install Tachiomi, add manga, click "Download all", then move downloaded images from the shared folder to external disk where you store all manga

Being a telepath might have made Anya more stupid than she would be otherwise, although to be fair, they are all just little brats. She's skipping steps in learning stuff by reading minds. Her social skills are also suffering by knowing what others are thinking.
