What I am confused about is why if great sage says he already completed all requirements to become a demon lord, why does he still need to kill 10k humans as a requirement to become a demon lord? sounds like a contradiction (cause it is a contradiction). Also, when asked about the requirements the answer was that there are 90-something (implied to be conjunction and not disjunction), and when asked to elaborate on all of them, only the requirement of 10k humans was mentioned?

@feha he has met the requirements to become a 'demon lord', but he needs the sacrafice of 10k humans to become a 'true demon lord'. The two are different and the evolution into the latter has far more and greater implications; such as the monsters would not be resurrected if he only evolved into a 'demon lord'.
