@Kookiezi The previous artist depict the combat more realistic than new artist. The first battle where the mc as an low-rank mercenary charging with spear was scratch the enemy commander's plate armor but his spear was snapped and no penetration. The second mission, Sampat the guy how carry great double-axe survive a punch from a golem because he wear plate armor and only his great axe can damage the golem while the rest include the MC is useless against golem, when MC group against the giant monster, they attack the monster's legs and eyes, not random positions until the other party comback and with overwhelm power to help them. That is realistic in fantasy, who say you can't fking applied logic and realistic into manwha, manga, novel? Do you even read Goblin Slayer?

@Flashplayer0CD So, in the brain of nigga like you, manhwa, manga, novel are not allowed to apply logic and realistic in combat? So, Goblin Slayer, Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash, Maria the Virgin Witch etc... should be not allowed because they applied realistic in combat? The previous artist draw the combat more realistic than the new artist, in part of previous artist, the plate armor show it function and the assassin outfit is much better the new artist with gayass outfit and butter plate armor.

@Flashplayer0CD what is the point of realistic is the previous artist show plate armor work well and sword can't cut plate armor or stone thus the combatants need to use their brains and teamate tactics. But the new artist complete throw all those good realistic points, he make the plate metal as if paper, thus the combat scenes are reduce into state of mc kill enemy soldiers easily and off-screen, he just need stab through the plate armor as if butter, no more tactics, then he has more scenes to draw close up gayass face of mc many times.

I agree that at the very least, the new manwah artist should look at the older chapters strong points and try to replicate some of it to his own ability.

Doesn't need to perfect. But I would live to see him improve his skill when it comes to combat better. All he does is draw blue coloured lines, blood splatters and *surprise pikachu* expression on their faces.

Check again, when he is fighting, he is either just shown as blue lines or is crouching over the soldiers. There is no weight, feel of flow in combat or anything worth mentioning at all there.

He is decent at perspectives and seems solid at drawing from different angles, but for some reason he seems unsure how to bring the combat to life.

Or atl that is my feeling on it.
