I don't think Sengoku told the entire truth of how Rocks was defeated. Roger was a monster sure, and his crew and Garp as well, but enough to bring down that insane team up of the Rocks pirates?

Maybe Roger and Garp did defeat Xebec specifically, but something is fishy about this story.
