I think Yonagi will lose because Hanako is forcing an interpretation (a hero who is objectively right facing off against a villain who is objectively wrong). I expect Chiyoko's portrayal to be understandable, allowing the audience to freely empathize with whichever character they like, thus giving her team the win because it would be like enjoying multiple plays at once.
