I'm worried other scanlator(s) will be reluctant to touch this series if it's reputation has already been brought down by others.

mixed feelings. low effort scans are fine, but i think the translator would be better off posting the translations to reddit or something in hopes that a proper editor will do the rest. hell, i'd be fine taking it up if translations are supplied. editing really isn't hard, just a hassle to do.

actually the meme version is quite well-received on Mangadex (or at least that's what I heard), the salt in Mangakakalot is amazing.
My translator said she will do meme translation until chapter 5
