If I recall correctly at one point (back when some scanlator groups were fighting each other in chapter comments) MD allowed people to talk about anything related to the chapter or the scanlators' credit page in the chapter comments but now that I'm actually looking through the rules I can't find that part of the rules.
Weird, maybe they were just too lazy to add it to the rulepage or kept it as an unwritten rule to make it easier to go back on it if it were to ever bite them in the ass.

I hope I don't get banned for talking about the scanlator's credit page instead of dedicating my entire comment to evaluating the chapter.
