For this page, your MTL broke because the author use katakana in place of hiragana to imply his 'sentence' isn't spoken properly i.e. like having an accent.
To get a proper translation you just have to replace the kanas with their equivalent in hiragana.

Here's just different replies from each of his subordinates, again I'm guessing the original was in kana thus the MTL basically went 'NANIIII' over it.

If you have so many tn notes just leave all of them for the end of the chapter. It breaks all flow reading them in the middle.

It's impossible not to keep comparing to the previous manga. It's so disappointing. The artstyle, panels, shading, backgrounds, dialogue, and pacing are drastically worse.
