As long as you trust that the "game" will continue, the best thing to do right now is run up to him and rip his mask off so that you can figure out who he is. It'd make things way easier, especially when you can hire a body guard (that you know isn't him) and tell them the exact person to watch out for. You could theoretically even go on the offensive and hire an assassin to kill him, or at least report him to the police. Though it might take a few more loops to pair a name to the face, I suppose.

I'm pretty sure dude has some type of supernatural powers. So going on the offensive might not be possible at least not yet. First off they need to learn as much about him as possible but i would assume that would be very hard because dying is fucked up
