Yeah, Rider's definitely Kosaka at this point, and it really feels like this was meant to be the final arc.

Maybe the looping power is her ability, and before the dimensional rider, she often killed herself to get rid of small problems? Maybe she die this too much and forgot about the origin of her powers.

I don't think the MC is the Dimension Rider.

I'm curious about the limits of the Rider's invincibility, he looks to be in pretty bad shape after getting hit by that truck.

I wonder how long before our protagonists turn from prey into hunters. he is still just one person. and it seems like he alone doesnt have the ability to go back time ? or maybe i've missed it happening, but it seems like only the girl can do that. by either dying or leaving a zone.

I think that's only part of it. In a previous chapter they mentioned that the rider was somehow different and the rider implied that they can come in different forms.
