Is this series really finished like the mangadex page claims?

This looks like some kind of time travel paradox that started because Nagisa saved Jou (who’s only there because of the loop in the first place), closing the loop and triggering her personality split.

But where does the third dimensional rider come from?
I don’t understand the sudden supposed change of Nagisas motivation.
