@Nijnaman and also others who think this is asspull. Go back reading from chapter 141. You guys, forget this. Since Muzan's commanders can sharing information, Shinobu must create potent poison that is totally different to each demon. It works like how bactery / virus can evolve to withstand the same drug if one dose won't kill them.

So, the poison that is used to Muzan are two different drugs, first is a drug that might be taken from Nezuko's blood sample from Tamayo's research, and also drugs created by Shinobu that works like rapid cell degeneration unlike fast killing poison that Shinobu always use.

@da Easy? You aren't a Shounen Jump author so don't say thing you don't know. The author has to think of a plot on a weekly schedule then draw the manuscript, if the editor didn't like it, that manuscript would go into the trash and the author has to start over again. When the editor gives a OK for the script, the author has to redraw it then apply tone and inking. All of those things in a span of 1 week so you can understand how hard the work is. They don't have the leisure to think of the plot beforehand like novelists. The work and the deadline are extremely stressful and bad for their body that plenty of authors have to take a hiatus because of health problems, some were even admitted to a hospital like the author of World Trigger.
Putting you in the same working condition at them and I am sure you can't do a better job than this.
