The waking up thing was kinda dumb if you were to ask me. I can live with this though even though the childhood friend cliche is present here. Mostly because there's not many harems where the MMC doesn't annoy me to the grave in some point of the manga. Plus I feel Yotsuba got way too little limelight in the entire manga.

This was a great manga, the characters were really good and I really wanted more!
This series was far, far away from being "milked dry", but alas everything must end.

It was a Great Journey! Thank you Negi!

Now give me my Ichika spin off you hack

To you low IQ peeps, the wedding did happen. Adult Fuuts had a flashback/memory of when he was younger and had a dream of marrying yots which did eventually happen.

People in denial or can’t put two and two together, will believe it’s all a dream and pretend their quint still has a chance. Negi intended this fake “ambiguous” ending so y’all wouldn’t be salty

@TheMinester @radstylix
Chapter 68, 25th page, the kissing during the wedding scene. The whole wedding was split up between different chapters.
@TheMinester (again)
He chose one girl in a harem manga. That's an opposite of lazy and lame. The moment when he goes back to the graduation trip thing, while slightly confusing, is just a flashback to show how much of a pain in the ass the quintuplets are. It is clearly visible that the wedding with Yotsuba indeed happened.

Do you guys felt that Negi wrote the wedding and such as a dream? I had a strong impression that Fuutarou was just recalling a similar situation happened 5 years ago (where coincidentially he was dreaming about a wedding)...oh well, not that it matters anymore.

I was always for Team Harem Ending because this is the manga where everything was set in motion to have it. Others are just “every girl is good”, while here I felt it was the main decision for the longest time.
On the “only a girl” ride, Yotsuba was my second ship, and Miku the first...still ok about Yotsuba winning.

The only real bad part was during the school festival, the biological father -who seemed more of a grandpa, can’t picture their mom being with a man like that- was the worst character of all.
After that it seemed downhill, but probably just because author was trying to wrap things up fast.

But a prevision that I made somewhat came true: chosing Yotsuba, he chose the one that would have been less jealous of having the other sisters around.

Well, it was a fun ride and still one of the best harem mangas that I ever read.

Nino as the end girl is canon, I have the author's permission with the finale being all a dream.

@Oculunus it's not a flashback, he just clearly wakes up as implied by the shapes of the panels and the way bublles are made and their color.
