Line comics makes shorter chapters than you will see in the actual comic itself. When I was in Japan I managed to access line comics last year and read several chapters of freak island that weren't translated yet. But for whatever reason line loves to make shorter chapters than the actual manga comics that get released might have. I also think pumpkin night might go more than four volumes. Possibly five.
