Wonder if we’ll get to see either of those two guys. Kota doesn’t seem memorable and could just be another name to drop to make the New Generation look better. Same with Noel, but he at least has a more distinctive look to him in addition to only having his back shown, making him seem more mysterious.

Noel’s situation actually does make a good point. There might actually be other strong fighters like Nitoku in the association we just haven’t seen because they’re injured and recuperating. Considering that the story isn’t going to end with just this tournament, it seems like the New Generation and any other absent fighters may end up becoming Koga’s opponents in the future as he rises up.
