As you read the series you cant shake the feeling that there is something else wrong with him apart from his way-too-exaggerated lack of knowledge about sex. Just looking at how he behaves with his family tearing up whenever he dont know something or is scared, acting selfishly, wanting to be pampered and with such a messed up common sense, it feels like you are looking at someone younger than 10yo.
I think the author wanted to design a childish character, but he went WAY TOO FAR and ended up making him look "special". And if you add to being special that the people around him aint precisely doing their best efforts to help him, thats how you get to this stupid situation where he thinks masturbation is making someone else suck you dick xDDD
I checked some of the next chapter raws and not only the situation doesnt change, it actually escalates. You can see how he doesnt mature one bit because he actually doesnt need to mature. Just like he is behaving now more a more girls are gonna keep coming his way in search of his big pee pee.
If he can fuck as much as he wants acting like that, how is he gonna notice how messed up everything is?
