That ッ at the end of the sentence actually only meant to express gasp/exclaiming tone of speaking, it's usually left out or replaced with either punctuations (can be exclamation mark) or something similar to that. https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/%E3%83%83
It's common confusion for people who learnt Japanese in the initial phase thinking it's being read literally, or even worse for those who used machine translations that can't differentiate the intentions. Also notice that ツ and ッ is having different usage, the bigger one is for normal reading while the small one is not meant to be verbalized.
