@Lifanfan Not necessarily, his skin seems to be pretty much invulnerable. What kind of needle would you use? How large would it have to be? And how tf would you get the vein while he's thrashing around, not to mention with Dabi throwing flames at you? It's not a simple thing at all.
As for an intramuscular shot, it could work, but it would depend on where they'd inject it so as to maximize absorption. As a rule, clearance from depot sites is very slow. And you'd run into the previous issues again.
Lastly, an oral dose could also be readily absorbed through the sublingual pathway (although I don't think that's what they're going for).

I'm not even saying throwing it into his mouth is all that great an idea (he could just spit it out), but it's conceivable that it's as good an idea as high schoolers would conceive in a moment of extreme duress such as this. I don't think pharmacokinetics are commonplace knowledge.

A very sharp one, i'm pretty sure momo can make something that could pierce his derm
Shoulder, or upper exterior part of his glutes, to not damage his nervs (but i don't think they care)
I thought about the sublingual path too, but impossible to do, he can vomit or swallow

Yeah that's why i hope their plan will fail Plus there is a lot of adults near them, no one disagree with them.
They should have made a suppository, real high chance of succes, faster absorbtion than oral, but less epic i guess xD
