Looking at it, it seems like a website made for pump and dumping with random meme coins, so saying it was a pump and dump scam isn't really appropriate.

Nah. The court won't even bother because CRYPTO IS OUTSIDE State JURISDICtION! They need to chase the site of brokers... which is uh GOVERNMENT REGULATED.
