Sylpha should join Haru's family, like as a little sister. Then she would be Sylpha Traitor, and it wouldn't matter anymore if she totally failed to follow her master's orders.

WHAT?
MC name is "Haru TRAITOR"
is the Author have a right mind?
lol, well kind of similar to how weebs like to throw in Japanese, sometimes people in Japan like to use English/English sounding words (sometimes in places/ways that don't quite fit). I'm translating another series where the main character's last name is a few characters off of "gladiator". I probably could've made it sound more fantasy, or maybe used the more Japanese (Uragiri) term for a similar effect, but ehhh, decisions.

In terms of the story... maybe it's (blatant) foreshadowing? A lot of people have noted that Haru has demon/dragon eyes. Maybe he/his family did something to earn the title. Alternatively, maybe he's going to betray somebody, but that'd be kinda wild for him

Am I the only one profoundly dissappointed by how Haru reacted to the whole "brainwash & turn-back" thing?

His entire trauma, bad experiencies, crushed hopes and wishful thinking suddenly dissappeared as if they had never been there, he reacted with the same nonchalance as though one had just been told that his friend had a mole behind her head.

I mean, even the girl had a proper emotional reaction to the entire brainwash theory, simmering bad thoughts on her head by not wishing to give him false hopes, yet he simply went "oh, that's neat, we have to do that properly then".

FFS, I know his name is Traitor, but that doesn't mean he has to have the empathy level of one.

you know i usually let a kid assassin character off the hook because they were obviously educated differently but with how the author went so far none of the women actually got punished, my man jean got the short end of the stick

Omg, can't we get a "normal" enemy? One that goes "muahaha! I'll kill you slowly and make you watch me defiling those girls" I know, I know it's cliche, but at this point I really miss those arrogant villains :aquadrink:

Seriously, all the villains these days have to have a complicated backstory to give the readers a reason to sympathize with them. There's no 'evil for the sake of being evil' anymore.
