Every genre comes with a set of expectations. <A Beloved Existence> is currently being categorized as a 'romance,' but when it first began serialization in Daum Webtoon (what Kakao Webtoon was formerly known as), it started off as a 'drama.' The primary keyword being 'coming-of-age,' or 'growth.' The way I approach the story now pretty much remains the same as before. This manhwa is, of course, about romance between the two main characters, but if you're hoping to find the same sense of satisfaction that you usually get from a romance work, you may be disappointed with my story.🥲 The stories I create do not have any 'perfect characters that will never let you down,' regardless of their gender. I myself also have moments where I make mistakes, backtrack, and hit rock bottom... But even so, I still love characters who pick themselves back up and rise again.🙂 I felt compelled to share my thoughts after reading the comments on the recent paywall episode, as I noticed a significant divide in perspectives that almost seemed too far gone. 🙊 Thank you so much again for taking time out of your precious day to read my work.🙂❤️
