Who's this Himekawa, the masochist Gal?

I thought the name was familiar but after some google search, turned out the most recent Himekawa seems to be a dude in Oshi no Ko.
Digging my own memory, I kinda remember Himekawa from this series that fit the bill of being a Gyaru, but was she masochistic? Can't really remember.

Asking for... research purpose, of course.
