I swear to God if she doesn't recognize his voice when seeing the prince next after spending this much time with him. They've never said he disguises his voice or anything of the sort!! It's just the mask!!!
I'm not even hoping she fully makes the connection! I get that she'd want to go "No they can't be the same person, I don't want such a nice man to actually be that monster"! Just recognize a similarity at the very least!
...I know that's not what's going to happen, though.

It's also not like her family that was executed were "good people" to begin with and with how they treated her. However, the title of "Princess" is what's putting her in a dangerous position, but hey I guess the one place they won't look for her is right next to him xD

I'm so mad she doesn't recognize him, it's just a mask. He's not even using magic or something to change his voice or hair. And I know she's seen him from behind, so you're telling me she drew no similarities between the two at all after seeing a similar build. When he was looking for the person he saw sculpting the statue even he thought from behind her build was similar, now all of a sudden she's an idiot.

Far sighted can see far but not close

I can't speak for every nearsighted person but my nearsightedness affects letters more than people or large objects

Can't really blame her for not recognizing his voice. Have been around people who's tone and voice are completely different based on who they're talking to (prime example being my mother's business voice vs casual voice). Literally wouldn't be able to tell it was the same person if I wasnt looking at them speaking. So for me, not farfetched.

I'm nearsighted and unlucky to have it decently bad. Currently reading these comments on my phone without glasses and it's about 6" from my face D:
Anything past this starts to get very blurry very fast...
Normal talking distance, I'd only see a blur of color smudges for a person's face

@hamster91 Oh that's sucks.😣 I only really have problems reading small subtitles with anime so I guess I'm lucky in that respect.

It is nice to be able to get so much information from their body language and facial expressions and not just their words.


I'm thinking it wasn't really meant to be an eye issue but more of a focus thing. Since she was thinking about him and not paying attention to what he was saying in the moment. Maybe...
